We only collect what you give us or what's needed to run the site:

Your email address, if you contact us or make a purchase.
Purchase details when you buy the hypnosis session. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (e.g. pages visited) to understand what's helpful. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (your purchase, or a reply to your message) and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Only the trusted services that make the site work: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting & analytics), our email/form provider for signups, and Amazon if you choose to buy the book there (governed by Amazon's own privacy policy). Each handles your data under its own terms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, and you can ask us to delete your information by emailing the address below.
